I have known Issy for over 10 years and have always followed her beautiful work and followed her floristry account. I always knew that if I ever got married I would want her to do them. I now live in London and that is where we decided to get married. When sorting suppliers I contacted Issy and we discussed logistics and had a think about things. I asked Issy if it would be a possibility for her to do my flowers and for my parents to pick them up on the wedding morning. We put together a 'micro wedding package' of a display, a garland, bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets, flower girl poseys and button hotels. When my parents turned up the day before the wedding I was so taken back by how beautiful the flowers were that I actually cried. Issy hit the brief perfectly, I wanted something fun, colourful and relaxed to match the vibe of the wedding and I got exactly what I asked for. Even the brown ribbon on the bouquet was the perfect match to the bridesmaid dresses. The display was the perfect backdrop for ceremony and we used all of the flowers for the ceremony and then in vases as table centre pieces for the evening reception. Issy I can't thank you enough. Where do I even begin. I have previously ordered from Isabloom and my flowers have always been amazing!! I knew I had to have Isabelle do my wedding flowers. Isabelle was amazing from the very first moment I enquired. Consultations to go through ideas, vision boards and being able to contact her whenever I had a question or idea. My vision for the wedding was simple, lots of whites and greens with a small pop of black to match the bridesmaids dresses and wow did Isabloom deliver. Like most brides, I didn't really know where to start with my wedding flowers. I just knew I wanted lots of dried flowers and greenery to fit in with our rustic/barn style wedding, and Isabelle's portfolio instantly stood out to me for that. Where do i start.. i first seen Issy's work when she did flowers for one of my good friend's wedding a few years back. I knew then i had to have her for my wedding! Issy was so easy to talk to and took into consideration all of my ideas to create my dream wedding floral arrangments. After seeing Isablooms beautiful work on Instagram, I was so pleased when the quote for my wedding flowers was within my budget. I always knew I wanted the flowers to be a huge part of my wedding day and they really were exactly how I had dreamed. I initially asked Issy for a romantic style of bouquet and decoration, using blush pinks and lots of foliage but after changing our colour scheme, it was no issue for Issy to change the flowers to match and include a mix of fresh and dry flowers. During the consultation and meetings, Issy put me a ease by sharing imaginative ideas and sharing her knowledge around alternatives to traditional flowers which I wanted to avoid. Our buttonholes had a mix of thistles and dried flowers which was something I would have never thought of but worked so well and was something a bit different. When I first saw the room set up, I was speechless. I couldn’t believe that they were ‘my’ wedding flowers, the attention to detail was perfect and the amount of floral decoration was above my expectations. When we saw our bouquets, again we were blown away with Issy beautiful creations. We had so many compliments about the bouquets and table decorations and I loved being able to give some flowers to our guests the next morning.
